Indorama Industries plans Spandex fibre plant in Baddi

Indorama Industries, the Singapore based company which had invested Rs. 4000 million in Baddi in Himachal Pradesh is planning to invest further Rs. 10,000 million to set up manufacturing facility to produce Spandex fibre. Inviya, the brand of the company for its Spandex fibre finds applications in denims and sportswear. The manufacturing facility will be implemented over a period of 3 years and will have a capacity to produce 5000 tpa of spandex.
