Alok Industries Ltd plans expansion of partially oriented yarn unit at Rakholi in Silvassa. The project involves expanding plant capacity of POY unit from 120 tpd to 650 tpd by using continuous Polymerization technology and fully drawn unit from 100 tpd to 200 tpd and adding a polyester staple fibre unit of 100 tpd.. The total project cost is estimated at Rs. 5800 million.
