Triumph International launches “Triumph” and “Sloggi” women lingerie brand in India

Triumph International, a global women lingerie brand has launched India’s two brand “Triumph” and “Sloggi” in India. It is selling its brand through retail and franchises due to foreign direct investment regulations. It is expecting a sales of Rs.4500 million in India over the period of next 5 years. The company has a presence in 120 countries and plans to invest around 7% of its turnover in Indian market

S Kumars to launch ‘Kruger’ and ‘World Player’ brands

S Kumars, the textile major is launching ‘Kruger’ a premium casual brand designed by Italian designer Renalto Grande. It is also test launched ‘World Player’ (economy brand) in south India. It is priced at Rs.99/- for T-Shirts to Rs.450/- for suitings and shirtings. The company is focusing on the mass market with pan India presence and expects to garner sales worth Rs.5000 million over a period of 3 years. The brands will be available over 8000 retail store across India.
